Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites

Go beyond the exhibit label as our staff share some of their favorites from the museum’s collection like Abraham Lincoln’s splitting maul and a hair wreath on display in our galleries. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes as the tour runs approximately one hour. Visitors must register by 5 p.m. the day before the tour. Pre-registration for this 60-minute tour is encouraged due to small group sizes.
