Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites

Celebrate Gene’s life and legacy at her beloved Wildflower Woods Cabin on the centennial of her passing. While her funeral was held in Los Angeles, we find it fitting to commemorate her passing at the home she loved. Learn about 19th– and 20th– century mourning practices during a special tour of her home. All ages are welcome but be advised that the subject matter may be uncomfortable for some visitors.
