Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites

Spend the afternoon with 2016-2017 Indiana Poet Laureate Shari Wagner! Join us as we hike in the Rainbow Bottom area in Rainbow Bend Park to experience the plants, animals, ecology and history of the area and learn how author Gene Stratton-Porter used Rainbow Bottom in some of her books. Then it’s off to the Ceylon covered bridge for discussion and a poetry workshop. Program is subject to relocation or cancellation in the event of adverse weather conditions. Recommended for ages 13+.
