GENEVA, Ind. – The public is invited to watch a fun and educational live animal presentation by Thorntown-based Animalia, Inc. on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Limberlost State Historic Site Visitors Center. The program will feature animals indigenous to Indiana in honor of the state’s bicentennial.

“Animalia is the name of the animal kingdom,” said Bill Hubbard, Limberlost State Historic Site naturalist. “Come to the Limberlost to meet some of the fascinating members of that kingdom.”

Admission is $3 per person.

Limberlost State Historic Site in Adams County and the Loblolly Marsh Wetland Preserve in Jay County are located near Geneva in northeastern Indiana. Part of the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites, Limberlost admission is free for Indiana State Museum & Historic Site members. General admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $2 for children. The Historic Site is located at 200 E. 6th Street in Geneva, Ind., just off U.S. Highway 27.
