Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites

• Before 5pm – $100/hr
• After 5pm – $150/hr

Terrace – 100 people depending upon set up
Backyard – no capacity limit
Bridge – 100 people

• Portable restrooms can be rented; indoor restrooms are available when renting the terrace.
• Discounted museum tickets available during regular hours with room rental – must purchase in-person.
• Tables and chairs can be rented for additional fees.
• Room set-up fee of $50 will be added for table and chair arrangements.
• To book your event, a 50% facility rental deposit is required along with a signed contract. A check,
  American Express, MasterCard or Visa are accepted forms of payment.
• Your booking is confirmed upon receiving the signed agreement and deposit for the Angel Mounds State Historic Site (AMSHS).
• Parking is available in the surface lot in front of the AMSHS Interpretive Center.
• A/V equipment and special lighting are available for an additional fee.
• A certificate of insurance is required for all rental events at AMSHS.
• The facility, at times, could be considered under structural or cosmetic construction. Structural and/or cosmetic changes to the facility and its grounds include but are not limited to gallery closures, improvements to landscape, installation of art, etc. In the best efforts of the facility, plans will be communicated as early as possible to the client.
• The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and oven. The kitchen must be cleaned up and left in the same condition it was found, and the trash must be taken to dumpster upon departure to avoid a cleaning fee.
• In-house tables and chairs are included in rental.
