Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites

Let your wild side out at this camp inspired by the classic book, “Where the Wild Things Are.” Design your own “wild thing,” make a crown and let your imagination take the lead while we explore our emotions and how to express them. 

Campers will explore a variety of hands-on activities and design challenges. 

Age: K-grade 6

Time: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (drop off between 8-9 a.m. and pick up between 3:45-5 p.m.) A $5 late fee will be incurred for every 5 minutes you’re late after 5 p.m. pick up time.

Cost: $60/camper, 10% discount for members, $5 discount for siblings in same camp, $10/day for scholarship recipients

Scholarship Application

Registration: Members can register Jan. 10-12; nonmembers can register starting Jan. 13

Registration deadline: 5 p.m. the day before camp

Cancellation/Reschedule: Registration can be cancelled for a full refund or rescheduled to an available camp no later than 3 days before program date. Registrations cancelled less than three days before the program date will not be refunded.
