Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites

Calling all aspiring “mad” scientists! Would you like to examine chemical reactions that pop and fizz and make a mess? Join us as we explore and play, build social skills, use real science tools and develop science inquiry skills. Activities include sensory play and hands-on experiments.

Youth ages 4-6 (preschool & kindergarten)

Time: 9 a.m. to noon (Campers may arrive between 8:45-9 a.m. and picked up between 11:50 a.m.-12:05 p.m. Early childhood camps do not have aftercare.)

Cost: $30/camper, 10% discount for members; $5 discount for siblings in same camp

Registration: Members can register Jan. 28-30; nonmembers can register starting Jan. 31

Registration deadline: 5 p.m. the day before camp.

Cancellation/Reschedule: By May 1: reschedule or receive full refund; after May 1: no refund.

Campers should come with their own snacks, water bottle, closed-toe shoes and sunscreen for recess outside, weather permitting. All camps include themed activities as well as story time, outside play and free choice time.
