Discover a range of immersive experiences designed specifically for homeschoolers. Our interactive programs bring history, art and science to life, making learning engaging, hands-on and exciting.

    From self-guided tours of our exhibits to creative art programs and science demonstrations, your students will engage with the material in a way that’s both fun and memorable.

    Go at your own pace and choose from self-guided explorations, or have our educators lead the way in one of our programs.

Our Homeschool Program Offerings

Let your students roll up their sleeves and get creative! Our interactive programs range from art-making sessions inspired by the museum’s collections to science experiments that ignite discovery. Experience history, art and science in a way that makes learning engaging, hands-on and exciting.

2-HOUR PROGRAMS

AGES 6–13

Dive into a world of discovery during our two-hour sessions—ideal for stimulating an interest in science, art, history and culture. These programs feature engaging activities where adults join learners for an interactive family experience.

Class Times
The first Monday and Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted)
10 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1:30–3:30 p.m.
The museum is closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays, with the exception of some holidays.

$15/student (25% discount for members)

HALF DAY PROGRAMS

AGES 6–13

Ready for a fun getaway? During this drop-off program, we’ll test your skills and expand your knowledge through engaging interactive activities. 

Class Times
10 a.m.–1 p.m.

TEEN PROGRAMS

AGES 13–17

Investigate, discover and explore STEAM, history and more with hands-on experiences designed to stimulate and expand your interests. Teens can attend on their own or with one adult per group.
